"On April 5, 12:30 pickup. There was a delay due to construction on the day of the departure. Had we known in advance and LTS informed us we would have requested for an even earlier pickup. Steve Gray arrived at the airport with 5 minutes to spare but he was overly streesed that he would loose his flight. Although everything worked out in the end, the additional heads up would have avoided this stress. The driver did not know there was going to be a traffic jam due to construction. I checked on google maps while Steve was in the limo and ETA was 1 and 1/2 hours from pickup to destination. It was more of a communication issue."
