"Private Chauffeur is a very professional car service providing that unique special care with their passengers. They were prompt and although the passenger was tardy coming out to the awaiting car, Chauffeur Club driver stayed in the area and called the passengers assistant to inform her that he had not entered the car yet...and would be waiting for him. "My friend and I booked Private Chauffeur Club for a return trip to Newark Airport and for a Woodbury Commons Shopping Trip. After doing a huge amount of research on the web I was having problems finding a reliable, safe, reasonably priced limo company in NYC. Thankfully I found Private Chauffeur Club and right from the very first email I found them to be extremely professional. Rachel was fantastic to deal with as was Herb (the driver). They even sent an SUV to pick us up from the airport and on our return to the airport even though I only paid for and booked an Executive Sedan. I would have no hesitation in recommending Private Chauffeur Club and I hope to use them again when I travel to the beautiful USA!!"
