Z. McRaeService was on-time (actually a little early which was perfect). Driver was extremely nice. It helped put the finishing touches on a day where I proposed to my girlfriend. She felt like an absolute princess being picked up in a limo. Can't say enough good things about how easy it was to book the service and how nice our driver was. -

RHODESWaited for one hour outside in the cold for on the phone with the company to be told the first time I called that the car would be there in 4 minutes, the 2nd time I was told 15 minutes, 3rd time I was told another 10 minutes and the 4th time I was told maybe I should take a cab because the car was stuck in traffic! We made it to the airport just in time to get on the plane, a few more minutes and we would have missed our flight! Will never you this service again!! -

One of the ladies in our group had never been in a limo, so she was very excited. Both Eddie and our other driver were both very friendly and punctual. They made us feel very comfortable and we had a great ride from the airport and back again. He was also very cordial and helpful throughout the entire ride. It was my first time booking a limo and it definitively will not be my last! I would recommend this limo service to anybody. -

W. HallI will not use this company again. I booked through Limos.com and am very disappointed. I did not request "meet inside" pickup and my text from the company said "your driver will meet you at curb side". When I went down to luggage the driver was inside waiting for me. I was charges $16.00 plus $6.00 parking for him meeting me inside. I spoke to the Manager of Golden Class Limo and he was going to call Limo.com and get back to me. I called him a day later after not hearing from him and could never reach him again. I am having American Express handle the charges and will be reporting Golden Class Limo to the Better Business. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. -

r. cheethamThis is a total ripoff. After being picked up, we were told enroute that there would be an extra $24 fee because we had 4 pieces of luggage-2 for me and 2 for my wife. They said we were only allowed 3 total. This was not disclosed prior to pick up or at pick up. Then the stupid driver took us several blocks out of our way. Do not ride with this company. You will get shafted. -

J. MartinDrive was fine, but we were misled on two accounts. One, we were told that tolls were included in our rate from La Guardia to Manhattan, which they were not. Two, we were told the amount that the driver would need to collect at the end of the ride, and the amount he told us was more. His response was "I am just the driver and this is what they told me to collect"... I was very disappointed with being misled on both accounts. I was skeptical heading into to the ride and these events confirmed my skepticism. Disappointed. -

I rented a limo for a night on the town in NYC for my birthday a couple of weeks ago and it was a wonderful experience. Our driver, Adam, was friendly, fun and mindful of details and led the way all around the city that never sleeps. I've always wanted to splurge on the limo experience and it was so worth it. My friends and I enjoyed the friendly, prompt service and made so many memories! -

C. hillI was a passenger of Rafik last night from a pick-up in the Upper West Side in Manhattan at 6pm to Newark airport. I felt the need to email to let you know the amazing service Rafik gave me. As I was in the car I realized I had a spare key that needed to be returned to the UWS and Rafik was more than happy to turn back around and accommodate. There was also heavy traffic out of Manhattan and Rafik changed the route to ensure I made my flight on time. It was also a nice change be in a clean car with a friendly driver who was extremely professional the entire way. I will definitely be using Rafik again! -

He drove us both from the airport to our hotel and then returned us to LaGuardia during peak traffic on a Monday morning safely and with ample time to catch our return flight. The reservation said it was all-inclusive, with no mention of anything else to be charged. But then we were billed an addition $55 for tolls and "other expenses." Very misleading, especially when we tipped the driver on top of what was allegedly included. -

D. SchreiLimos was excellent at keeping me updated on changes to my reservation; however, there were many. It was to the point that I was uncertain as to whether my reservation would be cancelled. The pickup driver at my home was pleasant, but found he was getting sleepy at the wheel, stirring us to engage him directly in conversation to keep him awake. The driver from the airport was very nice, prompt, and alert! -

If that’s the case I will not be using Linos.con in the future. Your company is only as good as its drivers. If you lose your drivers due to not payment your company is doomed. -

j. mccarthyThis was the worst experience i've ever had! the limo was booked for 12 people it may have been able to fit 8 95lb women. the driver was a half hr late the limo was filthy and disgusting the bottom of the car kept making noises as if we were going to break down. the driver did not know where he was going. when we got to the bklyn battery tunnell the ez pass had a low balance so the cops pulled us over and then detaines us longer because the car was missing the required livery license plate!!! the pick up should have been 7pm for our 8pm reservation we arrived for our resrvation at 9:45!!!!! this was unacceptable!! i want a full refund not a voucher for a future trip because I will never use you again! you ruined what should have been a great night! -

He even made the statement, 'I have never driven this vehicle before. I don't know what's wrong.' They were billed as a 4 star service, but the vehicle was very old and even had a broken windshield. S. ParaLimo was extremely outdated with loose plastic panel in inside rear, ripped seats, loud noise under vehicle. Was not sure if we would make it to our destination and back. Drop off was at venue and pick up was a several blocks away and had a decent walk to get the limo in unsafe area. -

C. ZeidmanThere are no issues with the driver Chris.. He was fine. The limo that was sent was in HORRIBLE condition. The outside of the limo looked spray painted. Some areas were rusted. Some areas had tape holding the edged on. The inside was not clean. Unmatching glasses. There was a hole on the seat covered with duct tape which covered up a rusty nail. We know this because my mothers dress got ripped on it! The company was not able to send us another limo. We spend a lot of money and had a completely embarrassing limo. I fully expect compensation. Rick from limos.com has put in our compliant so I know I will be hearing from you this week. I do have pictures of this unacceptable limo. -

M. EThis is the worst limo company I have ever dealt with I would not recommend them to any future costumers. I booked a reservation with them about a month and a half before the date I needed the limo and exactly one day before my even I receive an email from them canceling my reservation. Not only had I spoke on the phone with their company a week before to confirm my limo reservation but over the phone they had to me everything was set and ready. In their email they informed me thag I had chosen the wrong package deal and demanded that I do the 6-10 hour package which cost several hundreds of dollars more. I tried explaining to them that I did not need a limo for 6 hours, but they would not hear me out. While speaking with them they were blatantly rude and disregarded everything I tried to tell them. So if you are considering booking with them I advise you not to since the are very unprofessional and rude. -
