However, for groups we advise you to begin your shopping a few weeks in advance to ensure you receive your vehicle and package of choice. Winter and springtime is definitely the busy season for larger vehicles due to convention activity.

Do we pay while the limo is waiting?

Payment for your limo is usually required even if you aren't physically present. Although the vehicle is not in use, it's on standby for you and can't be used anywhere else - even if there are 2-3 hours between pick-up and drop-off. However, exceptions may apply when there are 6-8 hours vacant between pick-up and drop-off, depending on the limo service provider.
