"After researching many limo services to celebrate a special birthday for my mom, I decided to go with Ro Sal limos based on their reviews and cost of service. Throughout the entire process they made me feel comfortable about my decision. I rented a stretch limo birthday package and what a surprise when we left the hotel to find a brand new Mercedes bus! Even nicer was immediately feeling comfortable with Ralph, our driver. From the first minute, he was kind, considerate, and I knew we would have a fantastic time because of him. He was so accommodating and happy to serve us. I have already spread the word to all my family and friends about Ralph and Ro Sal Limos. "Our group was in NYC for two days of back-to-back meetings throughout the city. We rely heavily on our driver for these two days to make sure we're on time and can easily be dropped off and picked up. The company we've used in the past closed up shop so we had to find another service, which is when we found RoSal Limos. From the beginning, I was very pleased with the professionalism and quality of feedback from Sal. He was responsive to every one of my questions while booking the trip. "Unfortunately we were traveling at Rush hour in Manhattan and the driver chose to go from the upper west side to 34th to get to LaGuardia. I do this trip all the time around 5 PM from the upper west side and that way takes over an hour with stop and go traffic. It always faster to take the northern route out of the city to LGA but the driver refused to listen. He was very pleasant but insisted this was the only way. Taking a cab is always faster as they are well aware of the routes. Not sure that is true with the drivers"

"I have to say that Ro Sal Limousine Service is by far the best Limo company I have ever dealt with. Wish I could have had them for our wedding but we live in Canada. I had many great chats with Sal prior to surprising my new husband of 20 months a Surprise 60th Birthday gift of a trip to NYC. Let me tell you Sal is a super wonderful man who works day & night-honestly! I spoke with him one night at 12:30 for probably an hour, he is so personable & wants to make sure you get the exact type of service you want! I also spoke twice in the mid day, I had to ask him if he ever slept!! This man really cares about his customers & makes sure no detail is missed, as I said he called me back twice during the afternoon. He was even thoughtful enough to ask "Is it safe to talk?" as he knew this trip to New York City was a surprise Birthday gift & wanted to be sure my husband was not around. Now that's a company you REALLY want to deal with- that proved to me that he really cared & had listened to my every word, he wasn't just an order taker he cared to about me individually & wanted to make sure I pulled off this surprise 100%!(I had told my husband I ordered an Airport Shuttle for us.) So when "Charlie" are driver called me once we had landed and wanted to know if we had cleared US Customs yet I just told my husband that it was the Airport Shuttle Service wanting to know what door they should pick us up at. He got a but angry at me for not asking the colour of the bus/van that was picking us up. I just replied don't worry "we will find it fine they know what door to come to". It worked, we went outside & Charlie once again called me as he was heading toward us. Then he pulled up (it wasn't the Lincoln Town Car) but a very comfortable classy Cadillac Escalade I believe- very comfy & impressive. When Dennis saw our last name in the front window of the limo he was really surprised & impressed! Charlie was a great guy we talked all the way, as it was our first trip to NYC Charlie pointed out points of interest to us. I only have one little complaint, there wasn't any cold water as promised. He had one bottle of warm water in his buddy box which he gave me when I asked for water as I was parched. It was wet it did the job. Charlie drove right to our Hotel and carried our luggage in for us, just as he had loaded it at the airport, such a real nice man to talk to. I don't know what we enjoyed most his conversation or the comfortable ride in our excitement. Sal my new Pal had delivered as promised & Dennis was really overwhelmed with excitement as we arrived in NYC the morning of his 60th Birthday. Charlie wished Dennis "Happy Birthday" again and we said our good byes. After 2 days of taxi's in NYC we had had enough of taxis that drop you at the wrong spot, don't speak English and leave you 16 blocks from your destination- that really did happen in one of our bad situations with taxi drivers we decided - "Lets call Sal for our ride back to the airport on our 4th day." We were sad to leave your great city and look forward to returning in the future and will definitely call Sal again. When you find the Best forget the Rest! On late Sunday afternoon "Ralph" was at our Hotel on time....we were a bit late as we were trying to pack as many last minute sites in on our last day. We had tried the subway on a Sunday afternoon after a bad experience once again in the morning Sunday with a taxi- apparently there is a different schedule on the weekends. Everyone we asked for help told us something else. We ran 30 blocks to meet Ralph on time, after being lost. The people we had asked for directions directed to the opposite side of the city. Wow, was I glad to sit in that beautiful plush leather seat- I was in so much pain as I am disabled so its not a real run but the best I could do. Ralph was so pleasant didn't seem upset at all that we were late. This time I was so exhausted I didn't get a photo of our name in the window with Dennis standing beside it but that's fine. I got the photo of him on his Birthday when the limo was the huge surprise(that was the important one), the first of many to follow. Now Ralph was every bit as nice as Charlie both true gentlemen, yet friendly that you felt comfortable talking to them. We shared stories, as he also pointed out things we had missed during our visit. Now we really want to return! Ro Sal also man their phones 24/7 which is fantastic! It really worked for me when I was planning the Birthday Surprise & my husband was working afternoons. I was able as I mentioned earlier to reach Sal at 12:30a.m.! I was shocked when a real person answered I was sure I'd get an answering machine at that time at night. I was also lucky when we decided Saturday night after a Broadway show that we should use Ro Sal for our return to the airport. I called and once again it must have been midnight and Melissa answered and I was so pleased when she said "no problem, I can send a car for you tomorrow." Another pleasant employee and one happy customer calling with such short notice and she replied "no problem!" I have not only found a GREAT LIMO SERVICE but now when people say "New Yorkers are so rude" I correct them that they are "SO WRONG!" Everyone we encountered was wonderful! Thanks Sal, it was a pleasure! "

"I used RoSal for a night on the town birthday party. Sal was very nice on the phone, took his time with me and had the best rates by far. Our birthday package included champagne, a balloon, and a Happy birthday banner. It was a special touch that made the evening even nicer. I took the Expedition and we had 11 people. The car was spacious, comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed the CD/DVD stereo system and the 3 or 4 TV's. The only downside was the iPod hook up was not there. I knew in advance so I was disappointed but it wasn't that big a deal. All of my guests enjoyed the ride and had a great time. I can't even consider using any other company except RoSal. I would highly recommend them."

"This one was very interesting and I have to tell the whole story to explain how good this experience was. Last January I was in a business trip and on my last day, the company I work for requested a transfer from Manhattan to JFK as I was flying back to Brazil. Long ride due to the traffic jam and the friendly driver started to have a nice and pleasant conversation. That actually made the ride shorter and smooth. During this 1 hour conversation, I told him that I would have to come back to Manhattan in March and I was willing to bring my mom to this trip as she has never been in the USA before. This was her dream to come to the US and if I would bring her, I would rent a streched limousine so she could have an unforgettable experience. This driver named Sal encouraged me to convince my mom and said that his company could do such transer service in limos as well as night tours and such. They do this kind of thing througout the whole year. He gave me his card and only then I figured out that he was the Sal of Ro Sal ! Well, March comes and I contact Sal by email to tell him that I was bringing my mom and he quickly recalled our chat and quickly organized things so I could finally turn one of my mom's dream to become true. He suggested one of their cars which I agreed and I requested them to make sure that the driver would wait for us on the baggage claim with a piece of paper with my mom's name and car should have a Frank Sinatra CD playing all the way to Manhattan. Everything went perfectly well, driver was waiting for us as agreed and for my surprise, Sal gave me an upgrade and we had a white stretched 300C waiting for us with a Frank Sinatra DVD playing all the way. There was also cold water in the car as amenity. That was amazing ! Price was reasonable and it is actually a minor thing when it comes to make a dream come true. We will never forget this amazing experience. All I say is that Ro Sal Limousines has exceeded my expectations in terms of price, car quality (very comfortable and clean), driver kindness and care for details. I highly recommend their services and will definitely call them if I have the chance to get back to the US."

"We, family of 5, spent a month touring the US, using New York as our point of entry and departure. Preparations for such a long holiday required a lot of pre-planning and so we wanted everything organized even before we arrived. We chose RoSal not only because his rates were very competitive in comparison to others, but also because his answers to our emails were always prompt, also taking the patience to explain everything in detail, from pricing to pick-up. On arrival, we were collected in the evening by his driver Ralph, who not only knew the streets of New York like the back of his hand, but also provided us with a night tour as we proceeded to our hotel in Manhattan. We asked for Ralph again to collect us after our tour to Washington to take us to JFK for our flight to Orlando, and again to collect us from JFK after we arrived back from San Francisco almost 4 weeks later at the unearthly hour of 05:00. We made arrangements to leave our luggage with RoSal for the rest of the day so we could enjoy our last day of New York without worrying about our luggage (which by now had also increased in number), and then met Ralph again in the evening in Manhattan to take us back to the airport with our luggage in tow. All well planned and executed to perfection. We literally adopted Ralph as our personal driver and he was always kind to be there for us (on our last day he probably worked a longer shift to have taken us back to JFK in the evening, having been up since early morning). Both Ralph and Sal were a point of reference in New York, and notwithstanding our initial apprehension of landing in a city that is perhaps unfairly quoted as being dangerous, we were made to feel at ease almost instantly, with Ralph always providing us with tips and sights of New York we had perhaps not visited before. We didn't have a driver, we had an excellent tour guide with a personality like no other. We all loved New York (and promised to be back). We all loved Ralph and we love Ro Sal for being close to us, efficient, for providing us with an excellent car, always clean and on time. Being involved in the tourist industry ourselves back home in our little country of Malta, we know what good organization is all about, and Ro Sal (through Ralph) excelled in all aspects. If Sal and Ralph are reading this review, you have our 10 star rating. Josanne, Nathaniel, Jonathan and Lee also send their thanks and best regards to you. Highly recommended is probably an understatement."

"The experience couldn't have been better! Shane was awesome! He was so friendly, accommodating, and knew the city well. He gave us a little history as we were riding thru to our destinations. He even gave us some good ideas to do that we didn't even think of. For instance, I wanted to go to the Brooklyn bridge and he asked if we brought locks with us for the bridge, which I didn't even think of but REALLY wanted to do. "I took my family and my Mother-in-law to Manhattan for the first time over the 8/2 weekend to celebrate her birthday. I tried several times to book other limo companies with no success. "Thank you again RoSal Limousines for making our trip to New York City extra special! Originally, we used RoSal Limousines in 2010 so when we planned another trip to NYC in August 2012, RoSal Limousines was the only service I called. I contracted with RoSal for JFK Airport pick up to Manhattan, a 4-hour evening city tour of Manhattan and Manhattan hotel pick up to JFK Airport. Their customer service is outstanding. I had heard stories of other limousine companies that increase their fees without notice. Never have we had any problem with RoSal. I believe them to be completely honest and when we decide to return to NYC, I will use them again. The limousines are always late model, clean and well stocked with beverages. Also, I cannot say enough about our driver, Eddie, he was the best. He was not only on time, he was always early. During our city tour, he made several great suggestions. Additionally, we had asked him to take us over the Brooklyn Bridge. Not only did he take us over the Brooklyn Bridge, he also took us over the Manhattan Bridge, the night views are not to be missed. He also arranged for the seven of us to take a spur-of-the-moment tour of the 9-11 memorial. Another amazing place we would have not seen if it weren't for Eddie. RoSal Limousines was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. "

"RoSal Limousines was the exact "extra-touch" needed to make our evening celebrating my wife's 50th birthday with dear friends the perfect night it was. The vehicle (14 passenger Ford Expedition SUV Limousine) recommended for a party of 12 was ideal! Clean, luxurious, and entertainment packed! Our driver Ralph couldn't have done a better job. We had five pick-ups along the way, and five drop-offs on the way home, ranging from the North East end of Long Island into Manhattan and back!. Each pick-up and drop-off were precisely on-time, and not once were we asked for directions. Ralph made the entire trip feel as though the vehicle was driving itself, and doing so just perfectly. I was promised in advance that everything would be "perfect." From the Happy 50th Birthday Balloons, to the fully stocked bar, to the VIP treatment shown to our guests by the driver. RoSal Limousines held true, and then some, to their promise! Don't think I will need to ever consider which limousine company to use or recommend for any future needs of luxury transportation."

"My niece was celebrating her Sweet 16. I booked a Hummer H2 with Sal one of the owners a week before the event. He told me they had a birthday package that only they provided, which included a red carpet, Happy birthday signs with name, and a bouquet of balloons. Everything sounded great and wonderful. I booked the limo for 430 pm initially and when I called to have the time changed to earlier I waas told it was no problem and to simply include it in the contract. On the day of the event, the limousine was not present at 4pm I called and spoke to Sal at that moment and was told by him that he forgot to make the change and sorry. I was fine with that there was nothing I could do. When the driver arrived and I went outside I was sent a humongous Infinite that had its side window repaired poorly. I would not have been so upset by the change other than the fact I had just spoken to Sal 20 minutes before and was never informed of the change. On top of all that there was no red carpet or birthday signs. When I called once again I spoke to Anthony whom informed that the red carpet was in the hummer and the birthday signs were on his desk, he forgot to put them inside the limo. The bouquet of ballons were 3 plain balloons and 1 mylar that said happy sweet sixteen. I was asked if I wanted 15 minutes extra for all the mistakes only after the fact I kept asking what could be done now. I was also told to call monday to see if maybe Sal could make it up to when I rent another limousine service from them. After everything was done wrong I will never use them again. The day of our wedding, the drivers arrived early, and were beyond courteous and professional. One of the driver's made a reference to a heterosexual wedding (an honest mistake which we weren't offended by in the least) and he quickly apologized. The reason I mentioned this is it showed how respectful your company and the employees are. Your company treated us with dignity and respect. "I loved the service. This was the first time I've booked a limo for myself. I looked up other companies but they looked very shady. Luckily I ran into RoSal limo company through Google! Thank goodness for the internet. I went in for a look at my limo. It was looking SWEET! Although I wished it had an Ipod dock I bought CD's and they sounded great in the sound system! Our driver Charlie was very patient with us the night of my birthday. He was easy going and really easy to talk to. "My search for a limo company for my wedding lasted about 2 weeks and included over 15 candidates. Having the right limousine and limo driver was very important to me. I stumbled upon Ro Sal Limousines on the Internet and after reading all the reviews I sent them a short e-mail inquiring a price quote. Sal called me shortly after and not only gave me the best price, but also answered all my questions in detail and agreed to fulfill all my requests (down to the color of the napkins). On the day of my wedding the limo was right on time. It was filled to the brink with hard alcohol, champagne, water, and soft drinks. Because of an unexpected parade in the city we changed our itineary the last minute, however, Ralph (our driver) was very knowledgeable with directions and had no problems getting us to our new location for pictures. "This weekend I had the Infiniti QX56 SUV limo pick me up. It was the most horrible experience I had ever had. It was about 95 degrees outside and 80 degrees in the limo. I had my 84 year old grandmother with heart problems wheezing and trying to catch her breathe because of the heat. I spoke to the limo driver and he was of no help. He didn't even deserve the 20% gratuity that I gave him. I am completely disappointed with this company and its staff members. I called TWICE to complain to someone on the phone while I was being driven and she said she would supposedly call the limo driver but he did nothing. I want a discount and they refuse to give it to me!!!!! It was my special day and I was left hot, sweating and completely embarrassed. How could they ruin this day for me? "They were really really nice at Rosal Limos everyone enjoyed themselves and the limo was AMAZING! The limo driver was very really nice and gave us a great tour of the city. The only things that could use some improvement were to 1. add more drinks the bar was very understocked for a non-alcoholic party 2. The wine glasses should've been at the bar it add to the look and it wouldve been nice for a 21st birthday even if no one was drinking alcohol. and 3. We got the birthday package the Cd and Balloons were excellent but the banner was a bit lacking since it was a piece of computer paper with a name on it.
