"My niece was celebrating her Sweet 16. I booked a Hummer H2 with Sal one of the owners a week before the event. He told me they had a birthday package that only they provided, which included a red carpet, Happy birthday signs with name, and a bouquet of balloons. Everything sounded great and wonderful. I booked the limo for 430 pm initially and when I called to have the time changed to earlier I waas told it was no problem and to simply include it in the contract. On the day of the event, the limousine was not present at 4pm I called and spoke to Sal at that moment and was told by him that he forgot to make the change and sorry. I was fine with that there was nothing I could do. When the driver arrived and I went outside I was sent a humongous Infinite that had its side window repaired poorly. I would not have been so upset by the change other than the fact I had just spoken to Sal 20 minutes before and was never informed of the change. On top of all that there was no red carpet or birthday signs. When I called once again I spoke to Anthony whom informed that the red carpet was in the hummer and the birthday signs were on his desk, he forgot to put them inside the limo. The bouquet of ballons were 3 plain balloons and 1 mylar that said happy sweet sixteen. I was asked if I wanted 15 minutes extra for all the mistakes only after the fact I kept asking what could be done now. I was also told to call monday to see if maybe Sal could make it up to when I rent another limousine service from them. After everything was done wrong I will never use them again. The driver John was very pleasant though. I would not recommend them at all. I was told I was dealing with an outstanding company by Sal and he reassured me I would not have any problems. My niece was so disappointed and began to cry, there was nothing I could do or say to change the Fact."

"This weekend I had the Infiniti QX56 SUV limo pick me up. It was the most horrible experience I had ever had. It was about 95 degrees outside and 80 degrees in the limo. I had my 84 year old grandmother with heart problems wheezing and trying to catch her breathe because of the heat. I spoke to the limo driver and he was of no help. He didn't even deserve the 20% gratuity that I gave him. I am completely disappointed with this company and its staff members. I called TWICE to complain to someone on the phone while I was being driven and she said she would supposedly call the limo driver but he did nothing. I want a discount and they refuse to give it to me!!!!! It was my special day and I was left hot, sweating and completely embarrassed. How could they ruin this day for me? Why would they send me a limo with the air conditioner not working!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! "

"They were really really nice at Rosal Limos everyone enjoyed themselves and the limo was AMAZING! The limo driver was very really nice and gave us a great tour of the city. The only things that could use some improvement were to 1. add more drinks the bar was very understocked for a non-alcoholic party 2. The wine glasses should've been at the bar it add to the look and it wouldve been nice for a 21st birthday even if no one was drinking alcohol. and 3. We got the birthday package the Cd and Balloons were excellent but the banner was a bit lacking since it was a piece of computer paper with a name on it.
