"Hi Steve, I just wanted to let you know what a great time we had on Friday. Phil's knowledge was a blessing to all of us. He took us EVERYWHERE. It was easy to connect with him after he dropped us off. I'm walking and telling him where I am by landmarks and he is relaying which way I should head, turn.
