"I booked the service for my daughter, grandaughter and myself transport to the airport. The driver was at the hotel to pick us up early. Unfortunately, the front seat, where I was required to sit, was full of paperwork, etc. that he had to remove before I could be seated. No water, etc. was offered, "Little John" on the floor was not what I would call "first class". We were delivered to the airport in good time, driver was very safe in driving and very courteous, but I would not call this service "Luxury" as it was promoted. Good service, but just don't expect more than the basics."
