"I travel frequently on business. This last time, I experienced multiple flight cancellations and delays which caused me to arrive after midnight. Mike was very professional about the whole situation. His communication was excellent, using both voice and text to ensure that I know his whereabouts after landing. He's a fun conversationalist , but certainly not overly talkative. (very important when you just want to relax after a long flight) His rates are excellent, and the service is professional. I will call on MTL for my future business and personal travels."
