"upon landing at the airport I received a text instructing me to phone the driver. Great! Called the driver at baggage claim. The phone number was not a working number. Called the metro livery and got a voicemail promising to call back soon. Found our way to where limos pick up customers. Called again after phone message was not returned after 20 minutes. Phone was answered this time. They were able to locate the driver and was told he was at the airport. We continued waiting watching all the other limo services come and go. Our driver finally arrived. He was charming and helpful. NO problems with our driver. The car? The seat belt connection was missing its casing and therefore split in two, thus we could not use the seat belt. Knobs were missing for the backseat air controls. Back windsheild wiper was twisted and broken. Again, no problem with the driver. As for the rest of the experience, probably would not want to risk a repeat. "
