"I hired Limo Ace for my wedding in June 2009. I have never experienced worse service. The driver refused to run the engine to turn on the A/C on a 90 degree June afternoon. Then the driver refused to drive my wedding party around while they waited on our family photos. Upon calling the Limo Ace manager to complain, he was completely uncooperative and unaplogetic. He refused at first to refund any money for ruining my wedding party's (and my) experience. I believe we eventually came to an agreement of about a $100 refund. Which was pathetic considering the amount of time that was refused to me by the driver that i paid for. I would never recommend Limo Ace to anyone requiring such services."

"I have used limo ace 4 times for different things. We went to a reds game, my bachelorette party, my friend's bachelorette party, and my wedding day. Each and every experience was more than I could have hoped for. The limo was on time, clean, and the driver could not have been more accomodating! Anything we asked for, she made it happen! Everything was relaxed and nothing but fun. She didn't make us afriad of running late or being charged extra if we were 30 seconds late. I will use limo ace for every limo need!"
