"the drivers for both of my trips were great, however there was a mixup with my drive to the airport. Limos.com switched me to another provider, but didn't pass along my contact info to them (it gave them their own numbers) nor gave me the right contact info for them (when I called after the driver was late, it was to a customer service number that was not open at that time in the morning - and the driver was late b/c they weren't told which house to pick up at first and they went to the wrong one)."

"The ride home on Friday, April 15 was extremely upsetting. The engine on the van quit while en route. The driver placed 2 quarts of oil in the engine to make it start. The driver indicated she had already placed one quart of oil in the engine prior to picking us up. In addition, the struts on the van were in poor condition and the ride very uncomfortable. This is not the way I expect a shuttle service to operate."

For a last minute reservation, they were more professional and courteous than the previous company. Thank you so much, and I will never use another service!"
