"I had booked a sedan- Toyota Camry as part of surprise birthday trip for my wife. The driver was waiting for is off the plane and led us to wait outside where other passengers were being collected by sleek dark cars. After 5 minutes my driver appears in a beaten up old van, telling me it was all they had available- absolute disgrace. He then refused to give me the customer copy of the job confirmation he asked me to sign. I would have booked car with mandarin oriental hotel for just 20% more had I known this would happen. Would not use again"
