"Prompt service for pickup. The driver could have looked in the vehicle for any thing left in vehicle or even answered the phone before getting too far away. I dropped my phone in backseat and tried to reach driver within 5 minutes of drop off. Driver did not answer his phone or my phone. I was charged full price the next day to have my phone returned to me."
