You will not get a "limo driver", with Premier we only have "chauffeurs". NEVER will our chauffeurs not dress and act totally professional or show up with a vehicle that has not been fully detailed. Our vehicles are always being upgraded also, the latest in interior lighting, sound systems, flat-screen digital TV's, etc. We are a full service company, we offer airport sedan service (24-7). Limousines are not our second job, we are ONLY into Limousines so you know that we serious about our business... and our reputation means everything to us. "Premier Limousines of Dayton was hired to pick us up for a business trip on Nov 22 to give me and my wife a ride to the Dayton Intl airport. They did and they were on time. They were hired to pick me and my wife up (with four suticases and four carry-ons) at 3:45 pm on Saturday, December 3rd, on the return trip, Reference #E1KRJ5, and didn't show up! No call. No notice. No email. No answer at their office or Limos.Com! We waited in the cold with all of our luggage for an hour and then took a cab home. We are filing a commplaint with the better business bureau."
