"I am happy to give you a 5 star review. Our original transportation from Miami Cruise Port to Fort Lauderdale Airport fell through. I worked with you via email as we were at sea to get transportation to the airport. We had 5 people and 10 items of luggage. You were able to arrange for a small bus/van transport. Our driver Orlando was wonderful. Very helpful and courteous. Very nice trip to Fort Lauderdale airport. I would highly recommend your service as if you can do it on short notice you can certainly do plan it well under normal circumstances. Again thank you very much for working with me on limited communications."

He managed to track the flight which American airlines had two of the same flight numbers arriving miami at 2 different times. I had no contact with my client. Isaac waited at the airport for the first flight to arrive. Client arrived on the first flight that was delayed from the night before from Barcelona...
