"If was difficult finding the limo driver at the airport. He was not standing with the limo drivers from other services in the baggage area and I had to call on my cell phone to locate him. He wasn't carrying a sign with our last name on it. Thank goodness I had a cell phone with me along with the limo phone number handy. After I made the call the driver located me at the luggage carousal. "

"I chose to use a private service because it was my son's first time traveling alone and I didn't want him to have to struggle with public transportation. The first trip was the 1st day of his honeymoon. My son is young and your driver hassled my son for a tip, when the tip was included in the service. My son had the same driver on the return trip and so as not to have another instance, he tipped him again. I am very upset with his treatment from the driver and First Choice Limo Service for taking advantage of a young passenger. My son showed the driver the confirmation where it stated that IT INCLUDED GRATUITY and he still demanded a tip. My son did not want to start his honeymoon out with problems and tipped on both trips. "

If I had wanted transportation in van, I would have taken an airport shuttle. 15 passenger vans are uncomfortable, hard for my husband to climb in/out of due to back condition. "
