"The limo driver showed up about 12 minutes late. Going from the Hilton in Stamford to White Plains airport, he made four wrong turns. How is this possible? I called Limos.com to ask for an explanation and to remind them of the cost of this ride, and the unprofessional manner this was handled was disappointing. There was a promise to return my call, but of course, that didn't happen.Terrible. Will never use Avon or Limos.com again."

"The driver was on time but had to stop for gas along the way. Because of heavy stop and go traffic, he was texting while driving. A BIG No-No for me! He tried to hide he was doing it but I needed to be vigilant about watching the road the entire time because I knew he was texting. I mentioned that it was against the law and he chuckled. He was very polite and picked us up at the store promptly. I had nothing negative to say about the driver's behavior except for his texting. I did not pay him to text while driving! I was supposed to get a Lincoln Town Car and got a Suburban instead. It turned out to be ok, just difficult for me to get in and out of."

"The experience was good with one exception‰Û_.the driver had a friend drive with him and I'm not sure if that is the reason we waited 15 minutes for pick up after dinner at the restaurant or not, but we called when the check arrived to have the driver waiting when we came outside and the driver still wasn't available until 15 minutes after we were outside."
