"We booked for the limo driver to wait for us. Thought we might be leaving early and the limo.com person assured us he would wait - paying for all the hours as we were. When we got to the wedding venue and got out of the car, the driver said 'I'll pick you up at 11:45' and drove off. It worked out because in the end we didn't want to leave until then, but the service was still NOT what we paid for. When he arrived it was about midnight (again it worked out, but was not what we paid for). Also, he was not driving a Lincoln Town Car. Instead a Nissan Xterra. NO legroom in the back. Suspect this driver was contracting to the limo company and off doing his own off-book thing. Limo.com has a good concept of operations, but you need to be more careful about which companies you give business to. We are really disappointed and very annoyed about paying for services we did not receive!"

"I always use Royal Express when traveling from Leesburg to the airport or to Union station - they have always arrived 15 minutes early and were pleasant to deal with - especially Ron and Summer. If you live along the 267 corridor and travel downtown frequently, Royal Express is the best deal around. "

"Perfect experience... Received texts from Limos.com and Royal Express as we landed ... great to know that our driver (Farm O) was already there and patiently awaiting our arrival at baggage claim. He was courteous and helpful. The Lincoln Town Car was a larger one, and able to fit all of our travel bags in the trunk. Water was available and appreciated after a long cross country flight, arriving just after midnight. Would definately book again."
