"I was very disappointed with my booking. The driver was on time and came to the right place, but other than that the limousine ride fell way below my expecations. We booked the stretched Lincoln for 3 hours in order to go see the State of Liberty from Liberty Park, then ride through Manhattan as a close to our family vacation with my wife and two kids. We'd missed the Statue of Liberty, and I wanted to squeeze it in to the end of the trip so my kids could see it. The driver told my wife (not me) that he couldn't take us to Liberty Park because he didn't have time. The driver didn't let us know what we were doing next, but we overheard him talking to the dispatcher. Finally, we arrived at Battery Park on the Manhattan side, where you can't see the statue at all. He had taken us to the wrong place! I asked him why, and he gave no explanation. I asked him if we had our three hours or not. He finally said "Yes, where do you want to go?" He had no explanation or apology for why he went to the wrong location. I poilitely told him that going to Liberty Park was the whole reason I had booked the vehicle. I booked a train to New Jersey for the sole reason of seeing the Statue from the Jersey side. Otherwise, I would have just booked a train to Manhattan. What a waste! The vehicle had halfway drunk cokes and feathers in it - not such a huge deal - but really not very impressive. My family was grossed out. The evening was not fun at all. I wish I would have just gotten a cab to my hotel and saved all the money. What a disappointment! I would think that, paying for three hours in advance at a very significant expense, we could have gotten a clean car, a responsive driver and gone to the correct location! I'm normally a very "low maintenance" person. I'm fine riding in a cab or riding coach on a flight. But if I pay top dollar, I expect to get reasonable service. It's hard to have a good time when you can hear the driver complaining that he doesn't want to take you around the town, and meanwhile you're looking around a vehicle with other people's trash in it. I would not recommend the vehicle or driver to anyone. I've probably had twenty limousine bookings in my life, and this was by far the worst one."

"I took a ride from Newark airport to my home in Hillside. The driver was waiting for me, the vehicle was very clean and the ride was smooth. I would definitely use NYC Limo vip again."
