"I will never use them again. First off I contacted them for a tour for my wifes birthday, unfortunately her mother died a week shy of her birthday. I tried my hardest to have my deposit refunded to me but they would not, I knew that the deposit was unrefundable as it stated on my reciept , but I was hoping that they would be decent enough due to the situation and overlook it. After finally giving up I decided to use them for just 3 hours of the 8 hours I originally wanted for her. I distinctively requested the chysler 300 because my wife had not experienced one. After I found how much she liked her first limo experience I decided I would always reserve one for all of her special occasions. Anyway after waiting for over an hour late the driver finally showed up....... With a stupid excursion. I was pissed first of all I hate excursions because they have a terrible ride all of them bang when they hit potholes. and the driver did a great job finding everyone he could. The story i received was that the chrysler 300 I specifically asked for was given to someone for their wedding. not only did they not refund my money i dIdnt get what i asked for, they considered a garbage ford a upgrade and they had the gall to select who would and who would not get a specific vehicle. sorry a proper upgrade is an infinity not a stupid ford. To add insult to injury the vehicle was filthy allllll the windows had stains it wasnt washed properly the driver ran over the first curb he found and slammed the brakes so hard on two occasions that we slid down the crappy plastic bench seats. Never again will i use them It would have been nice if i would have gotten what i paid for."
Limo Service Response: "This job was on 7/23/2011. Why did this complaint show up 7 MONTHS later? The wording and anger look as if it was written 7 hours after the trip. Mr. Smith was notified by the owner 3 hours before his trip that the chrysler 300 had mechanical problems and he was getting a free upgrade to a much larger 14 pax excursion. On his follow up customer service call made on 7/25/2011, no mention of any issues were mentioned by Mr. Smith."

The drivers were fabulous! Rich was very helpful and professional getting us to the church and hall. Our shuttle driver Wayne was always around and we never had to wait. "We chartered a limo and a party bus for our daughter’s wedding from Limo Today located at 3600 Street Road in Bensalem, PA 19020. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the staff, service, and drivers for this company are. Both vehicles were gorgeous and well kept. The drivers were dressed to a T and as polite and friendly as could be. Limo driver Harry was friendly, courteous, and very professional. But party bus driver Dave J was a hero. We had chartered a coach bus from US Coachways to transport our guests to and from the venue. It simply did not show up!! You can imagine our distress. Most guests found their way via taxi or driving together. By the end of the evening we had found some available shuttles for the return trip. Driver Dave did everything he could to help us get our guests back. He even left me a card with his number when he took back the bridal party so we could call him to come back for us if we were stranded. What a great feeling to know that no one would be left without a ride. Dave went above and beyond his responsibilities. We really appreciated his help! Limo Today owner Glenn says his drivers treat their passengers like family. He’s so right! Be sure to call them for professional, reliable service for your events!! We’re glad we did! "

"Wow! What a selection of vehicles. We looked at many limousine companies, and they were nice, but they all had the same type of vehicles. Limo Today has a nice selection from a small Chrysler 300 to Stretch Hummers. We were welcomed to go inside the vehicle and really feel the vehicle out to make sure it was right fit for us. We stopped at one company that wouldn't let us in the vehicle. Maurice, the wedding transportation coordinator told us to imagine us in the vehicle with our bridal party and make sure everyone would fit. We finally picked the Hummer. They reminded me of little details that I didn't think about. The night before the wedding, our driver (Brian) called to make sure no adjustments were made to our schedule and gave us his cell phone number in case we had any changes or questions. The day of the wedding, our vehicle arrived 15-minutes early and Limo Today added colored napkins to match our wedding colors and Brians tie also matched. That was a nice touch and made my wife smile. The only problem....it rained. Thanks to Brian my wife didn't get wet. He was waiting with an umbrella and made sure not a drop of rain ruined her day. Thank you Brian! If your looking for a professional company who actually cares about their client book your limousine with these guys. From the time you walk in the door until you say good night....you feel welcomed."
