"I wanted to surprise my husband by arranging for a limo to pick us up when we arrived in Dc. Celebrity made the process extremely easy, and even though our plane was almost an hour early the driver (Martin) was there when we reached baggage claim displaying our name on his iPad. Our bags came quickly and he help us get the to the limo. Martin made the entire experience enjoyable - he was very personable and eager to please. I couldn't think of a better way to start a trip. "The limo bus was beautiful!! Our driver was on time and incredibly helpful with carrying my dress and helping us in and out of the vehicle. He was very patient while we took pictures and I never felt rushed. The bus was fully stocked with soda and water I was very impressed and have no complaints."

"We did not receive the vehicle that we booked! We booked a limousine, and got a Hummer instead. My 83-year-old parents struggled to get in and out of the vehicle all night. Furthermore, our driver was 75 mins late picking us up at the end of the evening. The reason: another party was stranded, and Celebrity sent OUR driver to go pick them up, making us wait. When our driver finally arrived, the limo was littered with trash: bottlecaps, beer wrappers, lanyards, women's bobby pins. I demanded a partial refund. Celebrity refused, claiming that we'd already been "upgraded" to a Hummer. Not much of an upgrade, in my opinion, seeing that it was NOT the vehicle we booked and my elderly parents struggled all night. I will most certainly NEVER recommend Celebrity to anyone. "

"I had set up a 14 person van to shuttle my guests from my wedding ceremony to reception site and then after the event to a designated central drop off spot in Dc. I paid a set fee for up to four hours of time with unlimited mileage. I heard from my friends who used the service that Mike, the driver, was just a really nice guy. He arrived timely to both pick ups and drop offs. Andy really went the extra mile and dropped off all of my guests right to their door . I was really impressed by this as the driver could have easily dropped my guests off at the central location and just relaxed until the four hours was over. When I called Celebrity to speak directly to Mike and thank him, he was quite friendly and even mentioned that he found two umbrellas in the shuttle at the end of the night and had already spoke to the two passengers who had left them. It's nice to know that people are honest. Thank you Celebrity and thank you Mike."

He absolutely worked with us to make sure we were happy and because we were trying to keep costs down and are very simple in our taste, we only wanted the most basic limos and while other companies seemed to want to pressure us into more expensive cars, this never happened with Shai as he made us feel completely comfortable! It was easy and we even added a van to take us and some of the bridal party back to our hotel at the end of the night from our venue and this was done only a few nights before the wedding.Shai assured us they would be able to accommodate us even last minute and they did! "DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR SPECIAL OCCASION RUINED~!!!!! One star is way to high of a rating for this company. I reserved a 14 passenger limo a week before my 50th birthday celebration. I hired it from 6pm to 1am to take my family from Centreville Va to The Dubliner in DC. My children came from Chicago and North Carolina and other relatives from Delaware to celebrate this special occasion with me. I had reservations at 7pm at The Dubliner because I wanted to make sure we could have tables reserved in the bar area to enjoy the live Irish music. At 2:20pm the day of our occasion I was called by the limo service to see if they could push back the pick up time until 6:30 as the limo driver was dropping a party off at 5:45 from an earlier reservation. I called the Dubliner and pushed back our arrival until 7:45 and told Celebrity Limos that would be fine. While myself and my 10 guests waited outside I was called over 6 times saying the driver was only 15 minutes away...these calls went back and forth until at about 8:30 pm when the story suddenly changed and the limo "broke down" and the night needed to be cancelled. Did I get my money refunded...yes. Will I ever have be able to have this night back....no. Not only was I completely upset by my 50th birthday plans being ruined but the manner in which it was handled was completely unprofessional. I was blatantly lied to for over 2 hours by being told the limo was only 15 minutes away for and hour and a half. Had I been told the truth, I could have made alternative arrangements. I even verified through VDOT that there were no major traffic incidents which could have delayed the driver. I can't stress it enough...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!"
