"I booked a point to point from manhattan to a running race in NJ about 1 hr away. We were to be picked up at my apt on the upper east side at 5 AM. At 5 AM the driver calls and texts that he's at my location, I go outside and he is nowhere to be found. Finally he says he's at west 76th street not east. 10 minutes later I call back and ask where he is, he says he's in Brooklyn. I ask him how long till he's at my place, he says 10-15 minutes. I keep calling back and asking and he keeps saying 10-15 minutes. He shows up an hour late... We barely make it on time to the race. Furthermore the dispatch tries to blame me for the mistake saying its my fault since one of the confirmation emails they sent me has the wrong borough on it... But my order to that I entered is correct. It's their job to get it right, not mine to find and correct them. Could have been a disaster! Overall I will never use again. "

"The driver was in time, contacted us immediately. The only problem is that some ny limo drivers think they have to get back the time they lose on a red light on the way to the next light. Accelerating - braking - accelerating - braking. Not a comfortable ride for a passenger"

"Driver was nice. Car was clean. My flight was two hours delayed and they threw a $30 waiting fee on my bill. reversed but I don't appreciate this company trying to pull a fast one on me. And that's after I gave additional $10 tip due to rain and delay. Bad business practice to hose customers."

It is unfair to the driver or a company to provide you the services to the best of their abilities and doesn't get compensated for their time and effort. Secondly we advise all the drivers that the tip is included in the price and we pass 100% of gratuity or tip to the driver. If a customer think paying extra bucks to the driver will compensate the waiting time charges it is a wrong practice. "Excellent service! The driver sent me a text message that I receive immediately upon my flight landing to say that he was at the airport and to call him when I had my bag. We met up easily outside at passenger pickup. The car was clean and comfortable. The driver was friendly and went above and beyond at my hotel. The hotel couldn't find my reservation and he did not leave until he was sure I had a room. I travel every week and will definitely use Bridge Limo again on my trips to NYC. "Hi, I was picked up last Sunday, 11/13, by one of your drivers whom I did not get his name. The pickup was scheduled for 10:30am at Millenium Towers, 30 West St, NY 10004. I was very shocked at how rude the driver behaved on top of not knowing where he was going. I was 13 minutes late and I apologized to him immediately as I saw him. He told me that I was going to cause him to be late for his next clients. Again, I apologized. He then went on to tell me that he is not a NY'er and that he did not know where he was going. He claimed that he was given the information that I was going to EWR but I explained to him that I was going to JFK. After a few exchanges, he admitted that yes, JFK was the departing airport. Once we finally got to JFK vicinity, he asked if I knew where the American terminal was. I told him I did not but would help him read the signs. He then asked, almost accusingly, if I was an American and if I was from the United States because I did not know where the terminal was within JFK. This was truly an insult to me and honestly, the final straw of the car ride with him. I didn't realize that when using your service, I needed to have my own GPS and know where my terminal is located. In fact, that's why I hire car services. And I'm pretty sure that's why my company hires car services as that the employees and the clients can enjoy a stress free ride. In the future, if you do use this driver, hey may be more comfortable in NJ because as he said, "he is not a NY'er and doesn't know where he's going". And in the meanwhile, I will be letting Limos.Com know as well b/c I do not believe this is the service that is intended for either of your clients. Thank you, LIsa Pavin"

Was told dont worry would be there. 20 min before pick-up time received call from same lady who i talked to twice and informed ride would not be there... I was frantic and requested send a ride or help me. They said that they couldnt help. What a joke."
