"Do yourself a favor and take a cab. Whatever you do, don't give them your credit card number. This company charges for full services, including parking and tip in the event of an unexpected change in plans with 5 days advanced notice, does not offer credit for future trip, or even a partial credit (except for parking they didn't use, maybe). And, don't expect Limos.com to represent your interests with this serevice. Its a real shame too, as they lost an active customer during the past month, and potentially frequent customer in the future... "

Therefor since you did not bother read the terms and conditions at the time when you booked our services through LIMOS.COM. Who are the ones that enforce the terms of the cancellation policy. The terms witch were stated on your reservation in black and white. " You may change or cancel your reservation before 07:00 pm on 11/25/2012 without additional charge by calling 866-546-6726; thereafter, cancellations will require full payment......You canceled your reservation 11/28/12 at 8:37am. Terms apply to everyone including Mr. Micheal Edwards."

"We used this company to take my family (including 2 small children) to and from the airport for a family vacation. From the moment I contacted this company until they dropped us off at our home, they were nothing from professional, courtious and friendly. The call center was professional and I always spoke to a real person when I called, the drivers were friendly and professional and the cars were clean and comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone and I would not use any other company for my transportation needs. "

"First experience with this company. Early, professional, friendly, helpful, and kind. Careful, safe, attentive, calm. We traveled to DC for a Symphony - traffic was heavy but he worked it safely. I am sticking with this company. It is really about service, good customer service and 1st Choice Limo and Transportation excels. I am currently in a wheelchair and they (Len) really took care of me and made me quite comfortable. I like their style and will be calling them again very soon.
