"Hi Chris- Just a note to say thanks for your wonderful services. Billy and I very much enjoyed both you and Dag. Both of you are true gentleman and we appreciate your knowledge of short cuts around the traffic ;-) That said, I noticed how pristine you kept your car... Very clean! I thought you should be aware as I'm sure it's important to you and your business that the car we road in this morning was a bit dirty... I noticed a lot of cigarette ashes blown around and it smelled a bit of stale cigarettes. I hate to pick, however, if my perceptions are accurate you seem to value you cleanliness and work hard to be as meticulous as possible .... Just thought if it were my biz I'd like to know ;-) That's said, it may have been that we switched things around so late that he wasn't prepared. This is not a reflection however of my impression of Dag, he himself was personally lovely and enjoyable. He was on time and in great spirits And we'd ride again with Him any day.
