"Price quoted was great, but they do not honor the price quoted on the phone. They took advantage of a teenager booking a limo for prom. When I called after to pay with the credit card they said they did not have the reservation, then they found it, then they said not at that price. When I relayed the converation my daugher they said they would honor, they took my credit card number. Next Day said they would not honor, when questioned, they got upset, and hung up on me. Never use this company.......the customer service is an issue"

Limo Service Response: "prices were accurate for the services provided I been doing this for 18 years sorry you were unhappy"

"Price was still great, but was quoted a different price over the phone. I told him pickup location would be Vadnais Heights, but actuall address is White Bear Lake, 3 or so blocks from the border of Vadnais Heights. Price charged on my card was $10 more than quoted. Was always available to answer his phone, but at one point he was on the golf course and couldn't book my reservation until later the afternoon when I had to call him back."
