"we vacation and take business trips often and this is the first time we used limos.com and we booked a RT svc. to and from the airport 10 days apart. we are 2 adults, 2 kids, 2 car seats and 3 suitcases and a stroller. each time they had a clean professional friendly driver with a clean suburban. On both occasions the night before we received an email with confirmation of the drivers name and phone number and received text from the driver one hour prior to his arrival . I have to say this is the best service we have received thus far for about 30-40% less then other black car svc’s. we called the 800 # just to confirm pick up and make sure everything was in order and both times limos.com customer care was very courteous and very pleasant. we will definitely use them again and again. thx limos.com -jeff san diego, CA"
