"Chauffeurs were excellent! But, never having rented a limo before, had no idea how the process worked. They weren't very clear on telling a customer in the beginng that they required payment for two separate drivers. They quoted prices, just weren't specific on details. One of the lady's that worked in the office was not very cordial or friendly and gave the impression that she didn't want to be bothered with answering my meanial questions, because I needed to be clear on any extra payments. They do their job every day and they need to understand that the public doesn't know how the business is operated."
