"I would NEVER EVER EVER hire this company. I did not hire them, but Limos.com apparently gave them my information and they showed up and they will not refund my money. I spoke to several of their customer service people and they said since I didn't "ride" with them, they wouldn't charge me, but the manager will not refund. This is a terrible company to deal with. I am so angry that I will twitter and facebook about how terrible this company is. "

"I arranged for my son and his girlfriend to be picked up at our house, and taken to and from the prom. United Limo called me and confirmed all details 3 days before the prom. The driver called when she was 10 minutes away to let us know where she was. The price was exactly as quoted - and I was extremely happy with the results. All this was done in the midst of prom season and everything went like clockwork. I would highly recommend them - their price was also the lowest I found."
