"The vehicle needs servicing for its AC. Totally inadequate. Even though it was a very hot day, I have a personal 12 year old vehicle that at least has an AC that keeps the vehicle cold. Very uncomfortable ride."

"The day of the pick up, the driver was 20 minutes late because he showed up to our drop off location instead of the pick up location. I texted him at 1:25 asking what his eta was and he said he was there - and that is when we figured out that he was no where near where he needed to be. It was a wedding and we were on a timeline so I was pretty disappointed in that regard. The driver was nice enough after we got in the car, expressed his apologies. However, it was pretty disappointing to have missed 20 minutes worth of picture time when it wasn't yet raining. For that, I will never use this company again."
"The black car that showed up 30 minutes late in Atlanta was doing so illegally and we had to get out of car and ended up getting a cab. "
"The driver was late; I waited inside where he was supposed to be, he didn't show. I called his number, no answer. He finally called me and told me where to wait. I waited outside several minutes before he came at 5:37. He didn't know how to get to the hotel, asked me for directions, fumbled with his GPS while he was driving. It was not a pleasant relaxing experience and I'll never use this service again."
"Bad marks for this company for poor business practices. Tim promised a price that included the tip. Once the driver arrived, it was made clear that a tip was expected. In order not to spoil this prom night, we paid a tip. Soon after I emailed Tim with a copy of our agreement. Although he agreed to reimburse us for the additional tip on May 5, I still have not received the promised check.
The driver was impeccably dressed, polite, and personable. The car was beautiful and clean. Overall, it is unfortunate that this instance of not standing by the agreement we had has spoiled our opinion of the operation.

"This company was great. The driver was prompt & courteous, and knew exactly where he was going. After having been lost just the week before, my son was very grateful.
The price was very reasonable, and was exactly as quoted, which I greatly appreciated.
I would certainly use this service again, and recommend the service to friends & family."
