"Limo driver on 8/5/20 was excellent. He was very personable and an excellent driver. I called the Limos.com phone number on 8/9/20 , spoke to Erica, to cancel our ride on 8/10/20. She assured me she would take care of it. I received no follow up email confirming my cancellation. On 8/10 I got a phone call from the driver who was coming to pick us up. I told him that I had canceled the ride the previous day. The website is no longer user friendly. I always have to talk to someone."
