"i booked a round trip service. the pick up was very good. the day before i was to return home i received a text telling me the service for airport to home had been canceled. PERIOD!! I was not charged for the canceled service."
Limo Service Response: "This is another instance where Limos.com didn’t communicate right away with the client. Limos.com knew the day the trips where offered that I was unavailable for her return trip home. There’s no excuse as to why she was only informed about this the day before she was to return home. In fact the day that I took her to the airport I informed her of the issue but Limos.com failed to accommodate this client properly. Limos.com had plenty of time to make sure this client had a return trip home. "
