"I needed a medical transport to/from surgery. The pick-up was excellent. The driver called in advance and was very polite and professional. Coordination with the driver after surgery went smoothly. The pick-up was on time and the car waited at the correct spots. The cars were clean and comfortable. Bottled water and tissues were offered in the back seat. I was asking to make a stop at a drive-through pharmacy on the way back and the driver was happy to oblige. The drivers use GPS, but will respond gladly to your suggestions for better directions."

"Tital Limo was great. We used them to take my husband and two kids to Dulles from Chevy Chase. As we arrived at Dulles, we asked for a return pickup two weeks later. Sonny took care of it so that when we got back after a long flight from Europe, Tital Limo was waiting for us ready to take us home. The payment system was simple and straight forward. Billed to a credit card so that we didn't need to worry about carrying cash or dealing with paperwork upon arrival to the airport. "

"USE TITAN AT YOUR OWN RISK.
On 9-8-09 I signed a contract with Titan Limousine for transportation to the airport to occur on 9-21-09 (11:15AM pickup) for me and my new wife to go on our honeymoon for our marriage on 9-19-09. On 9-21-09, Titan never showed up. I repeatedly called the cell number and office number only to get voice mail. When I finally received a call back, the excuse I was provided was their servers were down so they did not know about what appointments they had. This made no sense. Thay had a contract on 9-8 and made no record? If your servers are down would you not make sure your phones are operating to receive customer calls? USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK
Ohh by the way they offered a complimentary transport to pick my wife and I up from the airport to take us home. Of course I DID NOT want to risk another no show."
