"From the very first e-mail making enquiries, to the very last one sent in a panic because our flight times had changed, Strussers were very patient, helpful and professional. Mike, our driver, was waiting, placard in hand, at the airport as arranged, he pointed out sights on our 45 minute journey to the hotel, let us take numerous photos and gave us valuable information on travel to and from Manhattan. He was great. He even knew about our local football team and we're from Scotland! It's was great way to travel to the hotel having spent seven long hours on a plane and the service was excellent. I will certainly be giving Strussers a call should I ever get the chance to visit New York again."

"We started our 5 days shopping trip to New York on 20th September '06 with a wonderful limousine ride...having never been to New York before we didnt quite know what to expect. Our flight was late but our limo was there waiting for us, driver was very informative and happy to chat with us....my daughters were of course fascinated by the sights en route to our hotel and all sights were explained to us all by our very friendly and courteous driver....thank you all at Strussers for making our drive into Manhattan such a pleasant one! "Strusser's airport service is the best! From making the reservation with Robert to "Miles and Smiles" Mike dropping us off at our hotel, everything went perfectly. As promised, Mike was waiting for us at our baggage claim. Once we retrieved our luggage, he took care of our every need. To top it all off, we were upgraded from a Town Car to a Stretch Limo! From the time we walked off the plane (Newark) to arriving at our hotel, it was less than an hour!

Meeting Robert at JFK was wonderfull and what a ride we had we did the sights at midnight, Robert did us proud and we are coming back. We would not use any other limo service.

"Only ever used limousine services once, on our recent visit to New York both too and from the airport. On both occasions the car was on time and clean. The driver, I believe to be the owner, was helpful and courteous at all times. The price quoted was the price I paid, no hidden extras and was the best quoted. If we are ever in NY again I would definitely use this service again."
