"Showed up 45 minutes late for return trip to airport. Driver was called every 10 minutes only to say he was 5 minutes away. Was give a VIP parking pass to sit in parking lot across from Stadium and didn't use it. Sounds like he was late returning from another trip. Will call and ask for refund."
