"My manager was in Miami for a conference. He became extremely ill the first day there and caught a flight back home that day. I called South FL Limo to cancel his reservation which was scheduled for the next day. They still charged his credit card for the full amount even though I told them he was very sick and had to get back home quickly. I will never use them again. They were very unprofessional. When I called to make the reservation, they were to send a confirmation by email. They somehow lost the reservation and I had to call back and give them all the info again. That should have been my first clue. Please beware of this company."
Limo Service Response: "We did offer a credit for future reservation which the client refuse to get . the client called 2 hours prior pick up to cancel and we still offered her to use the service in a different day because her manager had to fly back since he had to go back home,by refusing totally for the service you can understand that there was something else behind this story and the sickness is just an excuse. I wonder what kind of refund she got from the airline... "
