"Driver showed up looking unprofessional, as if he was a plumber. Second, it was not the car I ordered or paid for. It was a downgrade. It was a basic Audi, with cloth interior(not a nice one, while most Audis are nice, I PAID AND EXPECTED A BENZ S CLASS), NONE of the amenities that THEY LISTED SUCH AS COMPLIMENTARY WATER WERE PROVIDED. I was NOT NOTIFIED IN ADVANCE. I REFUSE TO PAY FOR THIS SERVICE!! Limos.com should REFUND ME FOR THIS COMPANY FALSE ADVERTISING!! I WAS DOOPED BECAUSE I TRUSTED LIMOS.COM TO DO THIER HOMEWORK AND THEY LISTED THIS COMPANY AS 5STAR!!!!"
