"I wanted to thank you, and your driver Matt, for a truly superior experience in hiring an executive car. As I may have mentioned to you, I contacted a number of limousine services in the course of setting up transportation for our son's Christmas formal dinner and dance. Without qualification, Rockstar Limo's professionalism was head-and shoulders above all its competitors.
By clearly conveying all of the terms, conditions and prices of this transaction, and accurately attending to all the details, confirmations, etc., Rockstar made the "business" side of this transaction truly a pleasure.
And the "deliverables" were excellent, too. My son, who is a true car enthusiast, gave the Cadillac sedan high marks for quality, condition and cleanliness. Further, he said that Matt was a really good guy, a good driver, and was very knowledgeable about the route and the locations of the various destinations involved in the trip. For my part, as a father, I was very pleased that Matt attended to the detail of calling me when he made the original pick up of our son at his school.
So, thanks for making this such a good experience on all fronts. I certainly will plan to use Rockstar Limo for any future transportation hires of this nature.

I have had the opportunity to work with RockStar for the past two years. For a little over one year, Sherry has been my account manager.
Responses to requests are always quick-usually within an hour I have a reply from Sherry. In addition, the company is flexible and easy to work with. Rates are competitive, the vehicles are clean and late model, and there is always back up, regardless of time or day. This is the advantage of having a large fleet and an established business. To those that tell me that such and such company offers a lower price, I would say, "you get what you pay for." Companies with few vehicles and employees cannot offer the service and back up that you will get with RockStar. If something happens to one vehicle, thay will be there with another one, and chances are you will never be the wiser. These are professionals-they know their business.
I recently used RockStar for a wedding that needed transportation fromt he hotel (where I work) to the rehearsal dinner and, the next day, to and from the wedding reception. Rockstar was there, on time, every time, and the driver was professional, well groomed, and personable. My clients never doubted that they were in capable hands. The father of the bride called me the day after the wedding to say thank you and to let me know how well they were treated. RockStar made us look great!
Whether you need limo service for a personal event, for a client, or for your company, I am convinced, based on my personal interaction, that you cannot find a better service provider than RockStar, or a better account manager than Sherry."
