I was expecting an outrageous price since it was such late notice, if I could even get a limo. I spoke with the owner who worked his magic and got us an amazing limo at their regular rate with an awesome limo driver!! Thank you so much for helping me out in a pinch. "Rochester Limousine was so nice from the beginning to helping me plan our New Years Eve night, to the end when I lost my keys and they were so helpful to make sure I got them back. I would definitly recommend this service because of the customer service, they were so nice and convinent to talk to at any time when changes in our plans kept happening, they were supportive through the whole planning of the night."

"It was an 83 degree hot day, the limo had no air conditioning, & we had a baby and 2 ederly passengers. We tried to get a response from the owner for over a week with many follow-up calls, & was directed to his brother who insisted their was nothing wrong with the air conditioning & that all limos are large & cannot be cooled. Also, they gave us a contract with an 'all in price, no additions', but the driver showed up with a contract indicating we had to pay another 2.5% interest to use a credit card. We did not use a credit card - we used a debit card. I advised the owner's brother that this contract should be presented upfront with the limo contract so all charges are known. He indicated this is the standard process, nobody ever complains, & they do not provide it up-front because it takes too much time to explain to customers. Overall, the problems and lack of customer service were unacceptable. I would definitely not recommend or use this company again!"

Limo Service Response: "The air conditioning was working client was hitting the wrong controller. We have a mechanic on sit e who checks every car before leaving the shop if air does not work the car will not leave the garage."

"I recently used Rochester Limousine for a bachelor party. Because of failed plans i called last minute looking for a limo for 16, expecting to get price gouged. But that was not the case. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. We went downtown to the Greektown casino and a few bars. The Limo's were the cleanest and the most stylest limos i have ever been in. I highly suggest Rochester Limousine."

"I have used Rochester Limousine many times for aiprot transportation and their friendly chauffeurs have always been prompt -- even at 5am! My friends and I have used the bus for a night out on the town and the chauffer was fantastic. Overall they have exceeded all of my expectations!
