"I paid to be met in the airport at 12:30 and transported via Cadillac escalade. I exited customs at 12:45 and no one was there. Called and individual stated they waited for an hour. I told him to look at my reservation. He said he to wait by flower shop and he would send someone and he hung up on me. Man with sedan showed up about 20 minutes later. I explained I had paid for suv, not sedan. Sedan could not accommodate people and luggage. He hired taxi for me and luggage. My friends rode in the sedan. THIS IS NOT WHAT I PAID FOR!!!"

"Used their service several times to and from the airport: always 15mn early and waiting for me to get out of the house. 3mn wait tops to get in the car at the airport upon arrival at the limo hub: if like me you use a limo service to avoid stress and extra fatigue, I would recommend Quartz Limo!"
