"I rented a 10 person limo for my friends 40th birthday and it was a ride from hell. driver was 13 minutes late,he got lost right after leaving pick up site,the limo's interior was dirty such AS : freshly chewed gum stuck to carpet,beer caps in ice bucket,and on floor,no ice in ice bucket but someones left over beers and warm water,a nail on the floor,a broken plastic wine glass, clearly no one had wiped down the interior do to the fact there was a ton of dust,and 1 window not tinted. not to mention the limo it self was in poor running condition.It shook and rattled for the entire trip. it smell as if it would catch on fire at any given time. we finally made it to one of our destinations and upon arriving to limo to leave limo would not start!!!! clearly this company does not properly maintain their vehicles, nor do they clean them. I would never use this company again. so needless to say you get what you pay for and i learned this the hard way. My friends party was ruined and i spent a big part of the party i arranged crying in embarassment, that i planned a party for a dear friend that was a joke!!!"
Limo Service Response: "Rose, Our office manager heard from you today and shared your thoughts with me and I am truly sorry for this mis-communication. Our driver, Kyle was on his second job since starting work with us and did not think to look in the back seat and see if this car was cleaned or not. Since your destination was 2 hours away from our shop by the time he realized this it was too late to turn around and grab the correct Lincoln. I do apologize for this but we do not in anyway EVER send out dirty limousines. We have a full detail shop in our garage and ever car is cleaned inside and out. Along with a full detail station we also have an in house mechanic shop along with a licensed full time mechanic. This is the first time we have ever had a problem with our 14 passenger Lincoln and I am truly sorry for that. We take pride in the cleanness of our limousines and strive for perfection. This was an honest mistake and will never happen again. Like Eric told you we did refund you 50% of your money, our contract clearly states that for NO reason do we give money back but this was truly our mistake and I hope you can accept my apologies. Eric also explained to you you are more than welcome to have 40% off if you decide to try our company again and I can guarantee those two things would never happen again. Please accept my apologies for we are truly sorry that this whole job was a mess. Best Pristine Limousine Inc."
