"I booked with Presidential Limousines for my husband's 40th birthday and they were the BEST! Great price, on time service, very courteous driver (Alise - thank you!). If I ever need a limo service again, this will be our first choice! Made my husband's birthday a great experience!"

"I had rented a limo for my boyfriend's birhtday. We were very dissatified. The driver did not know how to work the air conditioning, t.v.'s or stereo. He finally got the air conditioning working after about an hour. It was 100 degrees outside, so you can imagine how hot it was, He never did get the t.v's or the stereo going. We had to use our own c.d.'s to have music. Then they had the nerve to charge me for going over 1/2, when it took the driver an hour just to get the air conditioning working and then to top it off they charged me $150.00 clean up fee, because someone had accidently spilled a little fried rice on the floor. We cleaned it up the best we could. No stains were made on the carpet. I feel for our inconvenience we shoould not have been charged anything or given a discount, but should have for sure not been charged anything extra. What ever happened to 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed........."
Limo Service Response: " I want to apologize to you for your problems on 8/13. It is our intent to keep people happy. Our job and our business depend on it. I use strict inspection measures on every car, every time. Here is our report on these findings: I did a thorough inspection of this car after it returned. When I (owner-Ray) inspected the car, the rear A/C was working fine however the temp control (digital) was set on warm). I wish I could help you with stereo and TVs but when checked again they worked fine. The car has digital controls (a very high end Executive Coachworks car) not analog controls. We can't refund because you don't know how to turn on controls. Its obvious the controls were played with and then left. While I am not saying they were drunk, this usually happens when people have been drinking. As far as the rice is concerned the detailer brought me over and showed me the rice. We had 1/2 a bowl upside down on our carpet. We charged MS. Krasznai $75 to clean up this mess as we say we will do in our "Rules of Service" Upon talking to the driver they had another charge of $48 for overtime when one of their friends (drunk) wouldn't get into the limo and wasted 20 minutes... at the end. A total of $123 charges were added to this client. Close of report. We make every effort to take care of people"

"I SPENT SEVERAL HOURS LOOKING FOR A LIMO SERVICE, SHOPPING PRICES AND COMPARING SERVICES. THE FINAL DECISION MAKER WAS THE WAY I WAS TREATED BY THE STAFF AT PRESIDENTIAL. THEY WENT ABOVE MY EXPECTATIONS OF A LIMOUSINE COMPANY. THE SERVICE IT SELF WAS AMAZING THE DRIVER WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. AND THE CAR WAS EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAID IT WOULD BE. THEY HELPED MAKE MY WEDDING DAY PERFECT! "
