"I had booked a limo from Presidential limos for a birthday party to go with a group of friends and a loved one who had never been in a limo to go to benihanas and back as a surprise (less then 4 miles). The limo company gave me a great price. First off they never showed up. Then after they were 20 minutes late they sent me an email that said they had been trying to call me since 6 pm and i was not answering my phone it was now around 745pm. I know this to be false because i gave them my home phone number which has ring forward on it which rings my home and cell at the same time and i gave them my cell and both numbers have caller id and voice-mail and i had no voice mail or call logs reflecting any calls. The email had the drivers number. I called the driver and he said the limo broke down and he did not have the number i was calling from which was my home number so they did not pass on the correct number to the driver. the driver said he would have a new limo out to us with in 45 minutes but we now had 10 minutes to make it to dinner which i explained. the driver said he would see what he could do to get someone out to me sooner and he would call me right back. After that point i called the restaurant to let them know we would be late. I waited 15 minutes and no one called me back so now i called the reservation line number and the driver number and the guy who booked the limo and no one answered their phone, no one called me back. I even tried to email them to let them know we were waiting and no one had called me back or showed up. I ended up waited for 40 more minutes and the limo was now an hr and half late and still no one called me back. So i sent them and email stating i would not need their services for the night they had ruined the surprise and we lost our dinner reservations. we had to wait an additional hr and a half when we got to benihanas due to the no show of the limo and being so late. Later i got an email which said sorry we will make up the surprise and we will give you a 100$ gift card call us tomorrow. So i called the next day and no one answered so sent them an email asking how they were going to make up the surprise to us and of course asked about the gift card. once again i gave them my info. I never heard back from the limo company they never arranged a surprise nor did they give me a gift card but worse off they ruined the whole night for me and my party and of course the birthday boy! I went with Presidential not for the price because i got lower prices else where but because they told me they had brand new 2012 limos and they were the best out there so i am a bit surprised that a brand new limo broke down but worse they just never showed up or called back. They knew it was just a ride to and from benihanas they knew we had a reservation and they knew it was a birthday surprise because i explained it all to them. I have never had such poor service from anyone and i truly expected better, they knew i got a quote though limos.com and i was looking at other company's because i told them the other company's pricing so if they did not want to offer their services to us i could have gone with one of the other 8 company's but in fact they told me it was a SLOW night for them and it would be better to offer me a discount and have business then have no business at all. "

"Car was beautiful. but driver afraid to drive up our driveway. He did now meet us inside the airport. It was hard with 3 kids. The bad part was I was quoted 130.00 including tip & I told them I needed car seats. I was charged extra for the seats and the total I had to pay was 164.00. Bait & switch???"
Limo Service Response: "MRS, Caliendo, Our apologies,at miami air port there are no spaces for this type of limousine.we thought it was understood when you landed the limousine is at a cell phone staging area, you call and the chauffeur drives to the pick up terminal.(if a meet and greet was requested that's an extra charge plus parking, also it would of been at least 40% more because it was an international flight with customs ), we had to wait an additional 40 min after you called to be picked up and we did not charge you,due to the airline misplacing your luggage. We were informed that 2 car seats were needed and we provided 2 brand new clean seats.we do not charge if you supply your own seats, but if we have to supply the seats its $15 per seat. Driveways in Florida sometimes have a steep incline and limousines cant go up them without hitting the under carriage.this is when the chauffeur helps you to the door and unloads the luggage. All our cars and limousines are equipped with real time G P S and live video ,we reviewed the tapes, our driver was on time and the hill was to steep to climb without getting the limousine stuck.if the driver attempted to drive up he would of damaged the limousine and also scrape the pavers on your driveway , we are sorry for the misunderstanding.feel free to call me from 0900AM to 0600PM Monday-Friday JOHN REVELLA CUSTOMER RELATIONS PRESIDENTIAL LIMOUSINE MIAMI (877) 834-2210 EXT 1458 "

"I used Presidential Limo's for the first time, and booked their tour of south beach Our driver rocky was great and was so helpful. The time in the limo was great and I felt like a true VIP when he served us the champagne. Next time I'm coming to Miami I will make sure to have them pick us up from the airport. I compared their prices to many other companies online and they beat most prices (probably because they own their limos and are not just a booking company looking to make a buck) Thanks again!"
