" Our driver arrived at our home 10 minutes early. He was very professional and opened the doors for my wife and I upon entering the vehicle. He knew the area and we arrived early to our reservation. It was lightly raining outside and he escorted us to the doors of the restaurant and held an umbrella for us. He was waiting for us when we left and got us home quickly. The vehicle was outstanding. New, clean, and had a great ride. We just moved to the area and will only use Presidential limo for celebrations and to attend functions."
"The driver, Sam, was on time, professional but warm and engaging, and was exceptional in remaining discreet about my personal affairs and private business with my guests. I was upgraded from a standard to a stretch limousine free of charge; however, note that you absolutely want to be sure you reserve enough of a block of time or you'll be charged accordingly for going over. I was charged between $150 and $200 for going an hour over my booked time. So essentially, I paid for the "free" upgrade to the stretch limousine. But the owner was equally professional and has a right to run a successful business. The limo was nice, modern, and clean. I use various limo services when the price and service are both right, but would recommend Presidential Limousine to anyone based on the same criteria. Ask for Sam; you won't be disappointed."

"While their service was timely and the driver accommodating, we found their treatment of us a bit insulting, telling us not to "play with the buttons", telling us to keep our feet on the floor, etc. My wife and I are both over forty and our kids in their twenties and our personal cars are worth more than the aged limo that provided our service. I use limo services often and this particular limousine is ready for retirement. Mis-matched tires (i.e. blackwalls and whitewalls), worn carpets and seats, scratched cabinetary, shocks bottomed out over every bump and the rearend whines like its ready to give up. I understand being particular but the car should equal up to the service. "

"For my husband's 40th Birthday we decided to hire a limo and take 5 friends to some of Virginia winery's we like. I found Presidential Limosines thru the internet, they had the best reviews so I went with them. They were EXCELLENT. They rang the night i made the booking over the internet to confirm the day with me. I also made a special request to have food in the limo, and they allowed us to have strawberries, as long as the food didn't leave crumbs. They sent 2 emails to confirm as well. They arrived to our house on time exactly, in a suit, very professional looking for the first pickup of 3 people. The driver Nico, explained how things worked inside, we loaded up the limo with food for our lunch at the winery later (that went in the trunk). We picked up 4 other guests at another address, and went out to 3 different winery's. Our driver waited for us at each place. We were even able to hire the limo for an extra hour past the 6 hours we had first stated, so that we could go on to the last 4th winery. The guests loved the inside, which was very clean, with water bottles for us, sparkly lights and wine glasses. We had the radio going. The drive was smooth and the driver was able to handle the steep and tight driveways of some winery's. I would definitely recommend them to others, and we would use them again without a doubt. They were very reasonably priced as some of the others were much more expensive. We were very happy. Thank you Presidential Limo's!!"
"Our service was great! I planned a suprise birthday party for my sister, and only the limo driver and I knew the destination. He kept it a secret and made the whole ride so fun for everyone. The limo arrived promptly at my lobby and it was a gorgeous white stretch limo which comfortably seated 14 of my family memebers. One of them even was on crutches, and was accomodated with so much respect by our driver making sure he is comfortabley seated. Not only was it a great experience, but a great price! Our driver Niko was friendly and made the ride fun for us and was very prompt. I would definetly use the service again."

"Presidential Limousine was a fantastic choice. We were planning to go to a concert on a Saturday night and the band cancelled on Friday afternoon. Needless to say, when I called the company, Nico answered the phone and was extremely helpful, even offering to reschedule the limo for the rescheduled date. My father-in-law,and three young daughters used Presidential Limo on 8/28/2010 for a tour of Washington D.C. for 8 hours.
While we liked our driver, Andre, the limosine had a faulty air conditioner which did not cool the main cabin very well at all. Imagine an 88 degree day in D.C. in a black stretch limosine with no air conditioning- very unpleasant.
When I called the dispatcher/sales person (Nico) to let him know about this issue, he never returned my call. I called him on 9/15/2010 again to discuss the issue and he was unwilling to make a 20% adjustment in the fare to compensate us for their mechanical difficulties. Nico actually HUNG UP ON ME and said I was threatening him by informing him that I would be leaving feedback on my experience with their company.
I do not write reviews often for poor service, but this company should be avoided at all costs. I would also add that Limos.com posts these reviews, but it does not appear that they screen them, so I am confident that if they audited the reviews, they would find that the five star rating is bogus and was likely created by Presidential Limosine.
Pay the extra money and find a company who has positive feedback on other websites. I hope others will read this and will be able to avoid spending a considerable amount of money with a company who has little to no regard for customer service.
I would add that Limos.com is working with me to post this review, so I do not fault them. "

"We were in the Washington DC area for a college football game at Fed Ex field. We were staying in a Northern Virginia hotel, and no one wanted to drive, so we left the driving to Presidential Limo. Setting the ride up was very easy online, and the follow up from the service was very good. Our driver was puntual and very nice, and we arrived at the venue with plenty of time and right at the gate. The game didn't go our way, but the ride back to the hotel was quick, once we found our driver in a sea of other cars and no cell service once the game let out. It wasn't the driver's fault that 80,000 wanted to talk on the cell phone at once, and we appreciated that he waited the extra hour it took to get cell service back. We arrived back at our hotel tired, but very thankful that he stuck it out and waited on us. The next time we are in Washington, and need this service, we will be calling Presidential. "

"Would not use this limo service again! First of all, we contacted limos.com and chose Presidential Limo and when the contract was emailed to us, it stated American Dream Limo Service. This should have been a red flag, but the reviews were positive. We prepaid the flat rate including tip, fees, etc for a ride from bwi ariport to Georgetown for a family vacation. No where on the contract does it state a late fee when your flight is delayed, in fact, on the contract it states: wait time/hour 0.00 and over time/hour 0.00!! We had a severely delayed flight...1 hour plus in airport before departure, then 1 hour on plane before even taking off. Then at arrival, we were on runway for 45 min sitting on plane because of planes backed up. This was all due to weather in dc. Then it took our luggage 40 min to come off plane (I hear this is normal at bwi). Obviously this was All out of our control. When we retrieved our luggage for a family of four, we called the phone number as instructed during phone reservation and the driver stated we had to pay an additional $40 for waiting!! They asked for our flight information during phone reservation to check flight status, so they knew we were delayed!! They went off the landing time-not taking into consideration that we were sitting on the runway for 45 min, plus the luggage wait time- they actually accused us of "hanging around" the airport and not coming out right away! We explained all of this and they told us to take it up with the airport and they had other commitments to take care of! If you are a company offering rides to and from the airport, delays are inevitable!! The customer service representative had an attitude and is in need of some serious customer service training! Beware if you use this company!"

"We used it as transportation to and from the airport from Fredericksburg. My kids were very surprised and super excited when the limo pulled up and they had a blast- being able to drink soda from the champagne glasses. The limo was very clean and the driver was extremely polite and professional. We were picked up at the arranged time and dropped off with plenty of time to make our flight. Coming home, the limo pulled up within 3 minutes of making a call to tell the driver our location. The limo got us home and again, nothing but professional service from the driver.

"A friend's earlier good experience led us to Presidential Limousine. They performed admirably. The driver was punctual, the limousine was perfect for our purpose (we actually received a free upgrade to a larger car), we arrived at the restaurant right on time for our reservation, and the driver had the car outside to pick us up within minutes of calling (he arrived before we got outside the restaurant front door). His driving was smooth and calm, making for a pleasant trip without surprises. Recommendations from the company on the time required turned out to be right on. "We were in Manassas,Va. for Va State bowling tournament and a group of 8 of us wanted to tour the Washington DC area. Through and internet search I chose Americian Dream Limousine Service. They had the most affordable rates and offered a DC Tour package. They came to the hotel picked us up and we had a blast. The car was a white stretch limo with very comfortable seating for us all. He stopped and waited on us at all the sights we wanted to see and proceeded on to the next place. I know that we will use them again and I will recommend them to others. My only regret is that we never got the name of our driver for my scrapbook. He was very professional and courteous and quite handsome. "
