"Premier Limousines of Dayton was hired to pick us up for a business trip on Nov 22 to give me and my wife a ride to the Dayton Intl airport. They did and they were on time. They were hired to pick me and my wife up (with four suticases and four carry-ons) at 3:45 pm on Saturday, December 3rd, on the return trip, Reference #E1KRJ5, and didn't show up! No call. No notice. No email. No answer at their office or Limos.Com! We waited in the cold with all of our luggage for an hour and then took a cab home. We are filing a commplaint with the better business bureau."
Limo Service Response: "I am sorry to say that Mr. Greschke is correct, we did not pick him and his wife up at the airport on the return trip. We had a very serious matter here and there was no one to answer the phones or anyone else to drive. Mr. Greschke was not charged for either one of his airport services due to our situation. We sincerely apologize for this, this is NOT the normal way that we do business. We do apologize for the inconvenience this caused Mr. Greschke and his wife."
