I hung up and called back and was immediately put back on hold for more than 10 minutes at which point, I canceled my ride with Platinum Limo Hawaii and got a taxi. I will never use them again."
"I came to this website to book the limo for my brother's bachelor party. Platinum Limousine had the best quote so I decided to go with them. BOY, AM I GLAD I DID THAT! Their service was excellent. The guy I spoke to on the phone was friendly and courteous. He listened to what I had in mind and made plenty of helpful suggestions. The night of the party itself, the vehicle was spic and span, the driver was well dressed. He took us to all the hotspots and at every place we went, he got our whole group (17 people) into the club without cover, or having us wait in line. Definitely gonna use them again."
