"I was very excited for my once in a life time prom night, I made a reservations two months in advance and requested for a bus that holds 28 people. When the party bus arrived one, it was late and also Limos.com gave us a bus that was so small it could only hold 16 people when we had 22 people getting on. When we called the company, they told us to have them call them on Monday; when clearly that is quite impossible. Limos.com was irresponsible and they failed to satisfy our customers. We decided to refund the money and make another arrangement. I am Extremely disappointed, and will not recommend this company to anyone. Now we have to deal with how our refund will come about. "
