"Despite problems with the aircraft getting to the gate, my driver was waiting and smiling right outside customs. He quickly took my bags from me and escorted me to the car. He kept me advised of our travel time along the way and carried on great conversation during our drive. Well done!!"

"The driver was pleasant enough, however the overall experience was less-than-desirable. Here's why...Although the driver had the drop-off location/address, he dropped me at the WRONG Hilton...i provided the correct address when booking, so trusted that the information had been passed along to the driver. Imagine my surprise when checking in, I was told I was at the wrong hotel, and the CORRECT hotel was a 15 min taxi ride away.. #fail. I sent a note to limos.com requesting a refund or, at the very least, a credit on my next booking. I've heard NOTHING in acknowledgment of that request. While i am likely to book again, I have lost trust that your drivers will execute accurately."

"Driver never showed up. We will never select Pan American Chauffeurs again. "

The driver was late because the traffic was really bad and 1 mile before getting to the the pick up point A40 was closed so he couldn't move. I can assure you that this doesn't usually happen, we are a reputable company. Unfortunately, in this industry sometimes bad things happen.
