"Limos.com did a great job tracking my delayed flight, even returning my SMS messages when we touched down after being diverted en-route. The car was waiting for me when I arrived. Unfortunately, this car and driver had no navigation system. I was able to provide directions to my home, but incredible the limo lacked a nav system of any form. Was the same car that was late picking me up on the way out for that same reason. "
