"Hi Cindy Jogodka: only a private car can do a pickup from Curbside ..Commercial cars always have to pay once they enter the airport. and commercial cars in Orlando cant do a curbside pickup .

"Driver was pleasant but was on phone either texting or using maps during the ride which made my family members very nervous. He also added a charges that I was not informed of for parking of $7.50 which I am not sure was for and a charge for tolls that he didn't submit receipts for. Not sure I would use him again. When I booked, it said that gratuity was included. I felt that he was upset when I said it was included in charge and then added these items to my bill. I'm not sure how to obtain receipt of the charges from him. I would not want him as a driver in the future."
