"We used northwest Limo Service for a round trip to Cleveland Airport on the dates of 4/11/2010 and 4/24/2010.The first pick up to the airport was fine. The driver arrived on time, and was professional and courteous. On the return trip our flight to Cleveland was delayed and finally canceled. The company assured me that they were in direct contact with the airline in case there was a delay. As soon as I found out about the canceled flight,I called the limo company to advise them of the cancelation. I was told that they had no flight cancelation and the driver was at the airport awaiting our arrival. I explained that the plane was sitting in chicago and couldn't possibly be landing in Cleveland. He said they would be glad to pick us up at a later time, But he would have to charge us again. I would not use this company in the future."
Limo Service Response: "Dear Mr. Cieslak, Our company uses a program called Flight Tracker to Monitor all flights arriving into Cleveland Hopkins. We had monitored your flight for over 4 hours making sure that the estimated time did not change and that the flight had departed. Our chauffeur also called your airline from home, our garage facility, and at the airport. Your airline notified everyone over the phone and the computer that the flight "had departed" and would arrive at 10:05am, which was 20 minutes behind schedule. Your call came into our office at 9:56am informing us that the flight had been canceled. While you were on the phone with our dispatcher we immediately checked the flight again. It still informed us that the flight was in the air and running on time. We did everything in our power to ensure that your chauffeur would be prompt and on time. If your airline does not properly update its computers there is no possible way for anyone to know the true origin of the flight. Since the chauffeur was on location and you did not contact us with ample time to cancel the trip you were charged for the trip in question. These rules are not only our policy but also the limousine industry policy. We would have been happy to pick you up at anytime for your new flight but alas you would have been financially responsible for another trip. I am sorry that you felt that our policy was not fair, but you really should complain to your airline who not only did not keep the public updated properly, but who left an entire flight stranded."

"Northwest Limousine provided transportation for our celebrity guests and business affiliates on June 8, 2006. The 14 passenger limousine was perfect! The tires even had a slick glow to them. Our celebrity commented on how professional his chauffeur handled every aspect including many last minute changes and helping him organize for his press conference. We also had other VIP clients come in from Warner Brothers and Northwest provided an additional 6 Limousines with only 2 hours notice! We use alot of formal transportation all over the country but have never found a company that matched Northwests' commitment to excellence! Thank you to everyone for making our Cleveland stay so enjoyable! We will be using you as our tranportation company when we film in Cleveland next year! Thanks again and God Bless!"
